Take a closer look at the house you’re selling—how it looks, smells, and feels. Honestly assess your property and compare it to your competition. On a scale of 1 to 10, how is your home competing with the others? Are you in the top three, or are you in last place?
If you think your property is not in the top three positions, you can revisit some details about your listing and house. Maybe it’s the price, the condition of the property, or the lack of marketing exposure.
